Unused advertising credits are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase if no campaigns have been run. Contact support@kahfads.com to initiate a refund request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Credits that have been used to run campaigns are non-refundable. This includes partial campaign spends.

3. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Islamic principles of fairness and justice.
