Welcome to Kahf Ads. By using our platform as an advertiser, publisher, or content creator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kahf Ads, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Kahf Ads is a Shariah-compliant advertising network connecting advertisers, publishers, and content creators. We provide tools for campaign management, ad delivery, and performance tracking while ensuring brand safety and halal compliance.

3. User Responsibilities

A. Advertisers

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account and campaigns.
  • Ensure all ads comply with our Shariah Compliance Guidelines. Prohibited categories include: alcohol, gambling, riba-based finance, adult/explicit content, harmful entertainment, and any content against Islamic values.
  • Pay all fees and charges on time as per billing terms (prepaid or postpaid).
  • Accept that all ads are subject to manual review and may be rejected for ethical, legal, or technical reasons.

B. Publishers & Content Creators

  • Ensure content platforms (apps, websites, videos) are halal, safe, and free from prohibited material.
  • Place ads only in approved locations without modifying or misrepresenting them.
  • Agree to receive earnings based on valid impressions, clicks, or other agreed metrics. Invalid traffic (fraud, bots, manipulation) will not be paid.

4. Ethical and Shariah Compliance

  • All ad placements undergo manual and automated review to ensure alignment with Kahf's ethical framework.
  • Kahf Ads reserves the right to remove, suspend, or reject any campaign, publisher, or content creator that violates Islamic values, legal obligations, or community standards.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Advertisers may choose prepaid or approved postpaid/credit line billing models.
  • Campaigns will not run unless funds are available (for prepaid accounts).
  • Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in account suspension.
  • Publishers and creators will be paid on a monthly cycle, subject to traffic verification and minimum payout thresholds.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on Kahf Ads (logos, trademarks, software, content) are the property of Kahf Bangladesh Ltd and protected by law.
  • Users may not copy, resell, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.
  • Advertisers retain rights to their ad creatives, but grant Kahf Ads a license to use them for delivery, review, and promotional showcases.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Kahf Ads is committed to privacy-first, no tracking, no logging principles.
  • We collect only necessary information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to our data practices in compliance with global standards (GDPR, CCPA).

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms or Shariah guidelines are violated.
  • Fraudulent or harmful activities are detected.
  • Payments remain overdue.
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Users may also request account termination at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Kahf Ads is not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profits, reputation, or business opportunities.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but strive for high uptime and reliability.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid to or by Kahf Ads in the 3 months prior to a claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to Islamic principles. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

Kahf Ads may update these Terms to reflect service improvements or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
